Applisonix | 14/11/2011

On November 14th Applisonix has announced its agreement with Endimed and its shareholders. As part of this agreement, Applisonix will acquire full ownership of Endimed.

Procceds from the transaction include shares and options of Applisonix to the share holders of Endimed. On October 9th, 2011 Appliosnix has signed an agreement for the sale of Curelight Medical Ltd (fully owned subsidiary of Applisonix) to an Israel company which shall be established by Navigator or related companies.

On October 11th, 2011, Fulcrum has signed an investment agreement with existing and new private investors to invest up to $2.3m in the company.

Redent | 05/09/2011

On September 5th, 2011 the company had reported that Redent has signed a convertible loan agreement with existing shareholders (among them Maayan Ventures), and third parties, for up to $2.4m.

Droid | 06/06/2011

On June 6th, 2011, the company has reported that the sale of Droid Security and Iris Incubator company to a foreign company has been completed. The total transaction amount was $4.1m.

Clal Industries Ltd. and Cambridge Capital II, LLC has acquired 10.5 NIS of Maayan Shares via the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Clal Industries Ltd has acquired shares totaling to 8.5m NIS and Cambridge Capital II, LLC has acquires shares totaling to 2m NIS.

On April 4th, the company has reported that it had signed a convertible loan agreement in which existing share holders of Flow have committed to lend the company up to $1m.

On February 27th Gizmox has signed an investment agreement for $2.11m with a group of investors. One June 30th Gizmox has signed and completed a convertible loan agreement with a subsidiary of Citrix Systems Inc. Terms of the transaction include 1. Loan of up to $3.5m, of which $2.5 are from Citrix and the remainder from additional investors.

On June 23rd, 2010, the Maayan has reported that it has signed an investment agreement of 20m NIS at a price per share of NIS with Infinity.
