Rotem Incubator was established in 1990 (originally named ATC) and privatized by Maayan in 2006. In July 2006 Maayan, in partnership with Rotem Industries Ltd, expanded its outreach and investment platform by acquiring the Rotem incubator in Dimona. Maayan holds 80% of the incubator, and Rotem Industries the remaining 20%.
