The Company
The company was founded in 2005, by team of experienced software developers, executives and fulltime academics in the field of computer graphics. Revolver is a technology company that focuses on the graphics, animation and game industries. The company’s One Layer 3D, is a core technology that enables real-time rendering and development of 3D content on 2D environments such as web-browsers, mobile phones, PDA’s, and other resource limited devices. The first environment where we have implemented our One Layer 3D core technology is in Adobe Flash. Tagged as FreeSpin3D, it is the first commercial polygon graphic solution for real-time rendering of 3D models in Flash.
The Problem
In today’s multimedia and gaming world, in order to enjoy the wonders of 3D graphics one must have on his device (e.g. PC, Mobile Phone, Hand Held devices) a dedicated and costly hardware and/or special software.
Moreover, currently the animation and game development process is resource consuming, repetitive, and requires countless man hours.
