Amir Gal-Or, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Amir Gal-Or the founder of Maayan, is an international private equity/venture capitalist with a stellar track record in identifying, leading and building growth companies and securing significant returns for fellow investors. He is well known for having successfully infused new life into a series of floundering companies and managing them through to M&A or IPO.
In the last few years, Mr. Gal-Or has led four IPOs, 12 M&A deals and eight alliances. Examples include: Shopping.com, online shopping (IPO NASDAQ:SHOP) and acquired by Ebay (2005); Saifun, semiconductor company, (IPO NASDAQ:SFUN 2005); Applisonix, hair removal devices (IPO TASE:APLS 2007); ProSight, management solution, acquired by Primavera (2006); Nanomotion, motor and motion systems, acquired by Johnson Electric (2005); Scitex Vision, printing, acquired by HP (2005); Native Networks, telecommunications, acquired by Alcatel (2005); Shellcase, semiconductor company, acquired by Tessera (2005); Maayan Ventures, incubator, (IPO TASE:MAYN 2005); Iomai, medical devices, (IPO NASDAQ:IOMI 2005); Sightline, medical devices, acquired by Stryker (2006); Identify, software, acquired by BMC (2006); ProActivity, software, acquired by EMC (2006); and, CogniTens, industrial equipment, acquired by Hexagon in 2007.
Mr. Gal-Or currently serves as the founder and managing partner of Infinity I-China, a private equity firm which serves as a bridge for Israeli-Chinese business initiatives and invests mostly in late stage Israeli technology companies and synergistic Chinese companies, Infinity I-China, the winner of two 2008 Asia M&A Awards, is the leading fund of Infinity Equity founded by IDB group and China Development bank, SVG Group from Suzhou, China. Infinity Equity is currently managing more than US$600 million through three funds.
Mr. Gal-Or earned an MBA from Tel Aviv University and is a graduate of Harvard University's program in venture capital and private equity investments. He is a former pilot in the Israeli Air Force and its acrobatic team. Mr. Gal-Or is a member of the World Economic Forum. |

Prof. Adi Raveh, External Director
Residing professor at the School of Business and the Department of Statistics at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Prof. Adi Raveh is the Director at a number of publicly-traded companies and institutional funds. Prof.Raveh has a BSc in Mathematics-Statistics from the Hebrew University. MA, cum laude, in Statistics from the Hebrew University, Ph.D. in Statistics - the Hebrew University.

Tami Kfir, Vice Chairman
Mrs. Kfir is a Founder and CEO of BP&C Consulting Group. She was formerly VP Licensing and Healthcare at Yissum, Technology Transfer Company of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Previously she worked as CFO of Portman Pharmaceutical Industries LTD. Mrs. Kfir has extensive experience in license deals, technology collaborations, investments and in-service agreements. Tami holds a BA in Business and Economics and MA in Economics and Finance. Both from Bar-Ilan University.

Iris Loewenstein, External Director
Ms. Loewenstein was formerly CEO of Ein-Tal Hospital and formerly CFO of Tel Aviv University.
Iris has also served as Administrative Manager at Schneider Children's Medical Center.
Currently Ms. Loewenstein serves as a Health System Economic and Strategic Consultant, she also is a lecturer in Health Systems Management.
Iris holds a BA in Economics and Educational Management and an MBA in Information Systems, both from the Tel Aviv University. Ms. Loewenstein also has an advanced studies certificate in Health Systems Management. |

Matan Dahan, Director
Mr. Dahan is a Founder and CEO of the Ayalim Association, which was founded in order to strengthen the exciting communities in the Negev and Galilee regions.
Among the activities of the Ayalim Assiciation, Matan founded 11 Student Villages. Today, Ayalim is the leading settlement movement in the Negev and Galilee regions.
Mr. Dahan is currently completing his academic degree in Law at Ramat Gan Academic College of Law.

Aviad Friedman, Director
Currently CEO of Most Properties Inc. handling Energy related projects; Aviad is also a member of various boards of directors.
Formerly, Aviad was the VP of the Maariv company holding the Maariv newspaper, NRG web portal and more;
Aviad has a BA in Social Sciences from the Open University, MA in Public Administration from Bar-Ilan University both cum laude.
He is a Captain in the IDF Reserve, married and a father of 5.
